Vicky / Receptionist is rude and NOT accommodating. This place is more of an inconvenience and could cause a person to need psychiatric help after dealing with the rude staff. They are horrible at communicating with the parents also. There scheduling accommodates the practice not the patients. Good luck Olivia your staff is compromising your profession.
Absolute horrible phone conversation with a woman named Vicky. Her answers were excuses, always referring to the doctors as HER providers... She is a receptionist not the owner. When asked about services & the dilemma I am in, it was a cold response & she was not willing or according to her, not able to help me at all. Kept referring me to other clinics or my primary Dr. Which I had already had done before talking to this place. She kept saying WE are a private clinic as if that means they are better than the rest & does not feel the need to offer suggestions when I was clearly in need of help. Poor customer service & I feel bad for anyone getting to get mental health help & calls this place. Good luck.
