Love this place . Got the softest bed ever for a price you can't beat and a beautiful couch. Mark the manager was one of the best salesman I've ever dealt with . He'll go the extra mile for you if your reasonable with . But from what I've seen that's how most of the staff is there . 5 stars doesn't say enough

I was hoping to leave a good review of this company, but the staff ruined it. The concept of name brand wholesale furniture is great. I bought two "Simmons" recliner sofas with additional warranty about a year ago. I had to replace one as it literally came apart at the seams. I have waited months to be credited for the warranty and finally was told to pick out something else since this item was no longer available to order. I asked about the floor model since this was a matching set. The manager seemed very kind and willing to accommodate this. He even said he would discount the floor model and throw in some lamps if I would write a Google review. The delivery guys were rude and left my couch in the middle of the the room when they found out it was a warranty replacement and I was not told to pay for delivery. I called the manager (of the day) for answers as I was now embarrased. He told me that I should know that they contract out for delivery however after speaking with yesterday's manager called back to say that yes it was covered under warranty. He offered to give me the phone number of the delivery guy, but I did not want to pursue things in this unprofessional manner. I told him to use my remaining store credit to pay his third party deliverer and since I never did receive the promised lamps, I would change my review. In my opinion this is a very unorganized and unprofessional way to do business. I will never shop there again.
He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.
The salesmen (little Mike) was very courteous and helpful in making our experience with picking out our new living room outfit. He was right there to answer any and all questions we had. We would recommend this store to anyone looking for any furniture for your home. Thanks Mike for all of your help.

I had been looking at a coffee and end table set there for a while now but couldn't bring myself to buy it. Today the manager negotiated with me and lowered the price to something I was comfortable with and then when he realized he only had the floor model left he was willing to take more off of the price. I was very satisfied and I am excited to pick up my tables
